Visa Information

Visa-free Entry to Jeju Island

Jeju offers a very flexible entry/departure policy, which allows visitors to stay without a visa for up to 30 days when visitors enter Jeju directly from abroad, not through Incheon or Gimpo or Busan airports. If visitors transfer at Incheon, Gimpo, or Busan, they need visa clearance according to their nationalities.

Visa-free entry to Jeju is allowed from 184 countries.

Letter of Acceptance (VISA letter)

As an author or co-author, an official letter-of-acceptance that confirms that your paper has been accepted and reaffirms the expectation that you will attend the Conference is available for download. The letter can be used for visa and travel support applications.

The download will be available from PaperPlaza after the reviewing process has been completed.

The procedure for obtaining your acceptance letter is as follows:

  1. Go to the PaperPlaza and Login
  2. Enter your PIN number and Password.
  3. In the Access a Workspace (next to CDC 2020) choose:
    Enter Author or Proposer of Submission # (your paper #).
  4. Then, Choose an Option, and click on Request an Acceptance Letter.
  5. Fill out the necessary Information.
  6. Download the pdf file of your Acceptance Letter.

Letters of invitation will not be supplied for persons who are not co-authors.


Attendance Certificates

Attendance certificates will be delivered to participants presenting a paper during the session in which the paper is presented.

Limited to participants not presenting any paper, attendance certificates will be delivered at the Registration Desk.
